Quick Commerce Dashboard India: Track Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart Prices, Stock, and Discounts

Quick Commerce Dashboard India Track Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart Prices, Stock, and Discounts

A quick commerce dashboard tracks your products’ prices, stock, and discounts on Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, pincode by pincode. So instead of checking three apps across dozens of areas, your team sees every dark store’s shelf in one view.

Availability gaps are real, too. In an October 2026 Bernstein check, Blinkit’s average in-stock rate was 94.4%. By contrast, Instamart’s was 83.8% and Zepto’s 82.5%.

This guide covers the 10 KPIs to track, the data behind them, and how to build the dashboard.

What Is a Quick Commerce Dashboard?

A quick commerce dashboard brings public app data into one report, usually in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. It tracks your SKUs and your rivals’ SKUs on each app, by pincode and time of day.

Your seller portals show your own sales and inventory. However, they don’t show rivals’ prices, discounts, or stock-outs. By contrast, a quick commerce dashboard shows the whole shelf, as shoppers see it.

Why Pincode and Time of Day Matter

Each pincode is usually served by a nearby dark store. So prices, stock, and offers can differ from one area to the next. For example, a MediaNama analysis in early 2025 found big price gaps between cities for the same product.

Stock also changes through the day. For instance, a product in stock at 9 am may be gone by the evening peak. That’s why a quick commerce dashboard should capture several time slots daily.

Why a Quick Commerce Dashboard Matters in 2027

Quick commerce is now a core sales channel in India. For example:

  • Blinkit is growing fast: in Q2 FY27, its net order value rose 79.3% to ₹20,940 crore. It also added 308 stores, reaching 2,751.
  • Instamart is expanding: its GOV rose 31.4% to ₹9,230 crore, with 1,240 dark stores across 133 cities.
  • Brands depend on it: quick commerce made up 60–75% of online sales for several FMCG firms in FY26. That’s according to an Economic Times report.
  • Availability varies: Bernstein’s October 2026 check found in-stock rates from 82.5% to 94.4% across apps. In addition, Instamart and Zepto dipped below 80% at times.
  • Discounts are still deep: in September 2026, a Jefferies basket check found average discounts of about 15%.

As a result, a stock-out or a rival’s discount in one pincode can cost sales within hours. So brands need a quick commerce dashboard that refreshes several times a day.

Quick Commerce Dashboard KPIs 1–4: Prices

These four price KPIs form the core of any quick commerce dashboard.

1. Price Index

Compare your selling price with the average price of rival SKUs in the same category and pincode. An index of 105 means you’re 5% above rivals. So you can spot where you’re priced out, area by area.

2. Cross-App Price Gap

The same SKU can sell at different prices on Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. So track each SKU on all three apps for the same pincode and time slot. Then you can see which app undercuts your own recommended price.

3. Discount Off MRP

Packaged goods in India carry an MRP. So track the selling price against MRP as a percentage. For example, a ₹120 MRP pack sold at ₹99 is 17.5% off.

4. Unit Price

Pack sizes vary across apps and rivals. Therefore, convert every price to ₹ per 100 g, 100 ml, or unit. Otherwise, a cheaper small pack can hide a higher unit price.

Quick Commerce Dashboard KPIs 5–7: Stock and Availability

Next, these three KPIs add stock to your quick commerce dashboard. They show whether shoppers can actually buy your products.

5. In-Stock Rate

In-stock rate is the share of checks where a SKU was available to buy. Bernstein, for instance, checked 150 SKUs across seven time slots a day, in several pincodes per city. So measure it by SKU, app, pincode, and time slot.

6. Stock-Out Hours

Stock-out hours count how long a SKU stays unavailable in each pincode. A two-hour gap at the evening peak can matter more than a full night. Also, flag repeat stock-outs, because they often point to a supply problem at one dark store.

7. Assortment Coverage

Assortment coverage is the share of your range that’s listed in each pincode. For example, if 40 of your 50 SKUs appear, coverage is 80%. In addition, compare it with rivals’ coverage, so you can see where they have more shelf.

Quick Commerce Dashboard KPIs 8–10: Discounts and Visibility

Finally, these three KPIs complete your quick commerce dashboard. They show how rivals win attention and orders.

8. Offer Depth and Frequency

Track how often rivals run offers and how deep they go. For example, measure the share of a category’s SKUs on offer, plus the average discount. For cross-app price tracking, see our Blinkit vs Zepto vs Instamart benchmarking guide.

9. Effective Price After Fees

Handling, small-cart, and delivery fees can cancel out a discount. So calculate the effective price for a fixed test basket, including fees. In fact, Zepto scrapped handling and surge fees in November 2025, while rivals kept some fees.

10. Share of Search

Share of search shows where your SKUs rank when shoppers search a category term, such as “atta” or “chips”. So track your position and rivals’ positions for key terms in each pincode. Also, note sponsored slots, because ads can push organic results down.

How to Build a Quick Commerce Dashboard

Each KPI needs specific fields:

Field groupExample fields
LocationApp, pincode and test address, plus quoted delivery time
ProductSKU name, brand and category, as well as pack size
PriceMRP, selling price and discount percentage
StockIn-stock or out-of-stock status, along with quantity limits where shown
Offers and feesOffer text, cart offers, as well as handling and small-cart fees
SearchSearch term, rank and sponsored flag
MetadataCapture date and time slot

Then follow these steps to build a quick commerce dashboard:

  1. Pick SKUs and pincodes: choose your top SKUs, key rival SKUs, and your main pincodes.
  2. Fix test addresses: use one or two addresses per pincode, so results compare fairly.
  3. Capture several slots a day: for example, morning, lunch, and evening peaks.
  4. Match SKUs across apps: link them by brand, name, and pack size, because names often differ.
  5. Build four pages: prices, an availability heatmap, offers and fees, and share of search.
  6. Set alerts: flag stock-outs in top pincodes, price cuts, and new rival offers.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Treating “not listed” as “out of stock”: they mean different things, so track them separately.
  • Using city averages: they hide dark-store gaps, so always filter by pincode.
  • Checking once a day: stock-outs at peak hours need several captures.
  • Mixing member and non-member prices: membership offers can change the price shown.

Quick Commerce Dashboard: FAQs

What is a quick commerce dashboard?

It’s a report that tracks public prices, stock, and discounts on apps like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. Usually, it’s built in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

Which KPIs should a quick commerce dashboard track?

Start with price index, discount off MRP, in-stock rate, and offer depth. Then add unit price, stock-out hours, assortment coverage, and share of search.

How do you measure stock availability on quick commerce apps?

Check each SKU in fixed pincodes several times a day. Then divide the in-stock checks by total checks to get the in-stock rate.
